Emanuela Boisbouvier was born in Costa Rica and lived there until she was three years old. Raised by an Italian mother and Monegasque father, she moved to Monaco and grew up there. She began taking an interest in acting at age 13, taking classes through her high school, and participating in international workshops like S.O.C.A.P.A. (School of Cinema and Performing Arts).
She moved to Los Angeles at age 17 to attend UCLA, where she studied Political Science and Theater. Throughout the years, she pursued her passion for acting, all the while fostering new interest for international relations and human rights. She is a strong advocate for women’s rights throughout the world and would love to live in Chile later on to work on local women’s rights politics there.
She has been dancing since she could walk, attending a ballet conservatory for four years. Her preferred dance-genres remain contemporary dance and lyrical jazz. She loves all types of sports, having competed in the Monaco ski-team for a couple of years, playing tennis for ten, and learning how to water ski at a young age as well.
